We need people to run those sessions. We will have details of how to propose them soon.
We will need some people to staff a welcome desk on the day.
There is no on-site catering, although there are places to buy food nearby. It would be good if people continued the BiFest tradition of bringing food to share, labelled with ingredients.
Currently, there is no plan to live stream any of it. Anyone interested in doing that? (You may have to use mobile data, but it should be in a 5G area.)
We will need some people to help tidy up at the end (not that we're expecting to be messy!)
